Today I lost the battle

I cracked and had the breakfast I shouldn't have had, but I was exhausted, so what's a guy to do.

I have a picture of what I used to look like before I gained the weight. I may post it here. It's currently my desktop background to guilt trip me into doing more exercise. It's sort of working.

  1. It happens! I was bad every day 7 days a week and eating loads of crap. My plan for my first week is to stop some of the bad habits and try and be good for 5 days a week and pretty much do what I want within reason at the weekend. It's got to be a good start. I can get tougher on myself week by week.
    Just don't expect too much from yourself in week 1. It takes a long time to form these habits and a very long time to stop them!
